What is Hyrox?

Hyrox is a global fitness race that combines running and functional strength training into one competition. The Format is simple: participants complete eight rounds of running, each followed by a functional workout station

Competition Format

Participants must run 1 kilometer, then complete one exercise station. After finishing the station, they continue with another 1-kilometer run. This sequence is repeated for a total of 8 rounds, resulting in a total running distance of 8 kilometers and 8 exercise stations overall.

• Single : Single competition (Open or Pro)
• Doubles : Pair competition (Men, Women or Mixed)

Using the Bangkok MRT(Subway) is the easiest way to get to QSNCC. Walk to the MRT Sukhumvit Station from the hotel then Take the MRT (board the Blue Line) heading towards Lak Song,

and ride for just one stop and get off at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center Station (Exit 3). The station features a direct, indoor pedestrian connection to the convention halls.
